1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaunchSite website creation and hosting services ("Service") operated by Invsion OG ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Austria with its principal place of business at Lobaustraße 64/10, 2301 Groß-Enzersdorf, Austria.

By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

LaunchSite provides professional website creation, hosting, and management services for small businesses. Our services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Web hosting and SSL certificate
• Technical maintenance and updates
• Basic SEO setup
• Contact form integration
• Mobile-optimized design
• Ongoing support based on your subscription plan

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer three subscription plans: Start (€39/month), Plus (€69/month), and Pro (€99/month) when billed annually. Monthly billing options are available at slightly higher rates.

0€ Upfront: There are no setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription fee.

12-Month Minimum Term: All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 12 months. After the initial 12-month period, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT where required.

5. Website Updates

Each plan includes a set number of small updates per month:

• Start: 1 small update per month
• Plus: 2 small updates per month
• Pro: 4 small updates per month

6. Cancellation and Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

Early Termination: If you cancel before the end of your 12-month minimum term, you may be required to pay the remaining balance of your contract.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and completion of your initial 12-month term, you retain ownership of all custom content (text, images, logos) you provided for your website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invsion OG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
